Loss is devastating. It can paralyze and make life feel hopeless.

Suicide survivors – whether it’s surviving an attempt or individuals impacted by suicide loss – need all the support and guidance to know that they can heal.

As part of World Suicide Prevention Month we invite you to join Pranav Varma, a certified therapist, as he helps you discover your inner strength.

“Helping people work through their emotions is where I feel I belong and want to make a difference” says Pranav.

What to expect in this session:
Surviving suicide: Finding hope

  • What does that mean to you?
  • What has it left you with?
  • How do you cope with it?
  • What would support look like?

This is a group support session, a free and safe space for people to come and engage in conversation around the topic of surviving suicide.

It’s a space meant for people who are looking to share their stories, talk about their experiences and connect with others who might have had similar experiences.

You are welcome to engage as much as you feel able and are willing to. The aim is to find strength in sharing, discover resources to help you heal, and explore different ways to find hope.

What should I bring to the event?
Nothing. You just need to show up.
