Shikha’s bio
Dr. Shikha Soni is a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in positive psychology to help clients deal with loss and grief through their life stories. She integrates several other approaches like psycho-diagnostics and therapies like cognitive behavior therapy, behavior therapy, marital/family therapy, and various other therapies.
Shikha has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology. She completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and then obtained a PhD in Psychology from IIT, Hyderabad.
