Kanika Choudhary is a queer-affirmative, licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with over 9 years of experience online and offline. She consults for families, couples, children, and young adults. She helps individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, stress, grief, anger, trauma, and others.

Kanika is trained in third wave CBT, trauma management, and emotion-focused therapy.
