“How are you?”

“I am busy; how about you?”

That seems to be the standard response to a question these days. Why are we filling our lives with so much busyness? In today’s world, busy is a badge of honor, one that we wear frequently.

But being busy can often be an attempt not to face uncomfortable truths. We strive to be busy so that we don’t look at the loneliness in our lives. Or to just escape something or the other.

And when we are really busy, we find that we are also pretty stressed. That’s what Smitha found too. So, how does one make our lives appear less busy without making drastic changes in our life.
