In this episode, I talk about one of the simplest ways to bring in a moment or two of happiness. Science shows that one of the keys to finding happiness in our everyday life is to search, seek, and find awe.
So, find out how to incorporate time for awe. For those moments of finding a flower that dances in the wind, that odd ray of light from a setting sun, or simply the fur on your dog’s coat as it lies by your feet.
Awe is defined as a “feeling of reverential respect mixed with wonder.” It’s what we feel when we gaze up at the sky or we watch a gymnast perform or when you hold a newborn child in your arms.
Awe can make you happier, more resilient, and more connected to the people and things around you.
