Every day, countless individuals face silent battles with thoughts of suicide. By equipping yourself with essential skills, you can be the difference that steers someone back toward hope.
MyndStories and Swayam bring you this Suicide Prevention Workshop to become a certified suicide prevention first aid responder and gatekeeper.
During the session, you’ll learn how to identify the signs of someone in crisis and engage in conversations about suicide with empathy and compassion. You’ll also gain practical skills to offer immediate assistance and create safe environments.
Our workshop will introduce you to a proven suicide prevention model and psychological first aid techniques. No previous experience is required—just a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
