The EAP is live.
The helpline number went out on email, twice.
There was a webinar in October and most people joined with their cameras off.
And yet, the people you're worried about still say they're fine.
Here is what publishing more than 400 first-person stories has taught us. People ask for help after they have heard someone like them say it out loud. It can be a colleague in a meeting room or a stranger in a book. Everything we offer at MyndStories is a way of making that happen at your company.
Smitha Murthy, our co-founder, was in her early teens when she lost her brother to suicide. He was 21.
We tell you this so you know why we take this work personally.
After 25 years working in content, she built MyndStories to make it easier for people to recognize their experiences in someone else's story, and to talk about their own.
We are India's first content and community-led mental health ecosystem. Everything we do starts with a real story.
400+ first-person stories and a book of 23 voices, endorsed by Ira Khan. Your people hear someone like them first.
Our programs are built on ACT, DBT and grief therapy. Suicide prevention is taught by a QPR-certified psychologist. Our therapists are verified.
Conversations, training, gifts, programs and therapy, planned by one team on one page.
Locally relevant stories, workplace training and services designed specifically for Indian teams.

Door one: Talk
Start here if mental health rarely comes up where you work.
Smitha Murthy has spent 25 years in content and given a TEDx talk. She tells the story behind our anthology, then hands everyone a card with a line from the book and a question. Some read theirs aloud. Some listen. Both count. 60 minutes, up to 100 people, at your office or online.
The same hour, run all day for groups of 20 to 25, so everyone in the building gets a seat. People open up more in a small room. Smitha comes to you, in any city.
A monthly pack for your intranet, newsletter or WhatsApp groups: real stories, a podcast episode and one question a manager can open a meeting with. Plus ready kits for World Mental Health Day, Suicide Prevention Month and Neurodiversity Celebration Week.
Door two: Train
When someone at work is struggling, the first person to notice is usually a manager or the colleague at the next desk. These sessions are for them.
Suicide prevention training with a psychologist certified in QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer). Your people learn to spot the warning signs, ask the hard question directly and know what to do next. Up to four hours, online or in person.
90 minutes of role-play for managers. They practise the conversation they dread most, when someone says they are struggling. They leave with words they can use on Monday.
For senior leaders, usually the last to admit they are tired. Each one gets a box at home with our anthology, a letter and three 15-minute worksheets. Then a therapist meets them in groups of ten. You get the themes. Names stay in the room.
Neurodiversity training led by Anima Nair. In her words:
"I am autistic. My son is autistic. I have spent over a decade trying to change systems that were not built for us."
Start with ND 101 for teams, 90 minutes on what autism, ADHD and dyslexia look like at work, and the small changes that help colleagues do their best work. Or go further with ND at Work: four sessions over a quarter, ending in an action plan your HR team owns.
Door three: Give
Everyone brings a little emotional baggage to work. We made it a tote bag.
Planning Diwali or year-end gifts?
Boxes take three to four weeks, so write to us early.
Three boxes, packed by hand in Bangalore. The Carry-On has our Emotional Baggage tote, a squishy desk buddy and a pocket book of prompts. Inner Weather is a 2027 desk calendar with a mood sticker for every day, plus our anthology. The Whole Story has everything, plus a handmade piece and a personal note. Your logo on the sleeve, delivered anywhere in India, from 25 boxes.
23 Indians write about anxiety, depression, grief and healing, in their own words. Endorsed by Ira Khan. Rated 5.0 on Amazon. Order it for a team, a floor or the whole company.
Kindness Cards for colleagues to pass on to each other, stickers with a helpline QR code for lifts and lockers, and badges for anyone who wants to show it's okay to ask for help.

A small peek
This is just a glimpse of what readers, therapists and people at work have been saying about us.
Rankings do matter in the larger scheme of things. What matters more is the many scores of people you've touched with all the conversations around mental health. Kudos and more power!
Kudos on taking the initiative and making important conversations accessible as well as so relatable. Story telling is truly an art that you ace.
A safe space for weaving a mental health narrative is so so important, I'm so glad to see people like you doing the same. More power to you and your team.
May the odds be ever in your favour!
May you break higher grounds and keep rising on the lists that matter. More importantly, I hope and pray and believe that your voice and message will reach all the ears that need to hear it!
Your content will be lighthouses for people struggling in shame or guilt and not able to speak up. Thank you.
I've always believed being a Narrative therapist at heart, that stories are the best means to generate impact & induce change. No wonder MyndStories is climbing up the ladder each year.
For the first time in a long time, it feels like I've found a space where I truly belong. The people, the words, the energy- ah it's all so special. My heart is honestly full.
Tell us how many people you have and what is worrying you.
What we would do, when, and what it costs. You get it within two working days.
Themes and how people rated it. Then you decide whether you want anything else.
People can come just to listen. We say so in the invitation, which we write for you, and that one line makes it much easier to say yes.
A short written note with the themes that came up across the group and how people rated the session, plus our suggested next steps.
Every session opens with the same agreement: what is said in the room stays in the room, and anyone can step out at any time. Nobody has to speak. Listening counts.
It happens, and we plan for it. A therapist leads our clinical sessions, and anyone can step out at any point. We end every session by telling people where to go next, including our therapist directory and India's KIRAN helpline.
Names, who said what, and anything that could identify a person. You hear the themes. Names stay with us.
Only the person using it. We share anonymous, combined numbers with you, such as how many people signed up, and nothing that identifies anyone.
Keep it. An EAP is an important safety net for the moment someone asks for help. What most EAPs offer around it is thin: little or no content, long programs few employees finish, and one-off workshops that fade a week later. HR is often left to figure out the rest alone. We bring what's missing: real stories people relate to, a community they can stay part of, short and practical sessions, and a partner who plans the year with you, so mental health keeps coming up at work long after a session ends.
An EAP is an important safety net. But having a helpline or a counselling benefit doesn't automatically make it easy for someone to admit they're struggling or how to ask for help. MyndStories helps people take that first step. Through real stories, practical workshops and manager training, we make mental health easier to talk about at work. Start small with no annual commitment.
Each booking stands alone. One session or 25 boxes is a fine place to start.
In Bangalore, yes. Other cities by arrangement. All our sessions also run online.
