Getting started

Do I need to be a professional designer or artist?+

No. You need to have made something with intention and a story behind it. What matters is the authenticity of what you create and the experience behind it, not a portfolio or a formal background.

Do I need products ready before I apply?+

Not necessarily. If you have a clear idea and a sample or prototype, that is enough to apply. We will work with you on specifications and file requirements before your product goes live.

Can therapists and mental health professionals apply?+

Absolutely. If you have created therapy worksheets, a self-reflection journal, a prompt deck, or any wellness tool, you are welcome here. Your professional background is an asset, not a barrier.

Commissions and payments

How much commission does MyndStories take?+

We take 15% of the sale price across all three models. For print-on-demand, we deduct the print and shipping cost first, then take 15%. For digital downloads, you keep 85% with no further deductions.

When and how do I get paid?+

Payouts happen once a month, on the last working day. We transfer via bank transfer (NEFT or IMPS) or UPI, your choice. You receive a simple statement showing each sale, commission, and amount transferred.

Are there any listing fees or upfront costs?+

No. There is no fee to apply, no fee to list a product, and no monthly subscription. We earn only when you earn.

What to create

Can I sell the same product on Etsy, Instagram, or other platforms?+

Yes. We do not require exclusivity. You are free to sell your products anywhere. We only ask that pricing on MyndStories is consistent with your pricing elsewhere.

Can I use Canva templates for my product design?+

You can use Canva as a starting point, but the final product must be meaningfully original. Check that any Canva elements you use are licensed for commercial use (Canva Pro).

Fulfilment and shipping

What if I run out of stock?+

Let us know at connect@myndstories.com and we will pause your listing until you are ready to restock. Please give us at least 48 hours notice.

Do you ship outside India?+

Currently, MyndStories Shop ships within India only. Digital products are available to buyers globally. International shipping for physical products may be added in the future.
