How about bringing in some calm through art therapy?

We invite you to join Vimala MV, an Art Therapist, Mental Health Advocate, and Caregiver Coach, in this in-person session in Bangalore where she helps you explore your inner world through art.

Art therapy feels like a new language you’ve learned to connect with yourself. It’s like self-talk,” says Vimala.

What to expect in this session:

Art can permeate the very deepest part of us, where no words exist.

This session invites you to have a conversation with yourself through art by visualizing with intent. You will be provided with crayons and sheets of paper. Explore storytelling through a new language of colors and shapes that enriches the process of experiencing emotions in a safe space. 

Untangle your experiences and create unique and meaningful art. Art therapy allows you to practice self-care, grow and heal. 

What should I bring to the event?

Carry an object from home you connect with. Example: an eraser, keys, a comb, a tennis ball, etc.
