Srinithi Sridhar

tick Content reviewer | Trauma-informed, queer-affirmative therapist

Srinithi Sridhar is a trauma-informed and queer affirmative therapist. She primarily works with adults (ages 18 to 60) who face interpersonal issues at work, in the family, in friendships, or in relationships and find it hard to draw boundaries for themselves. This includes individuals who experience issues such as low self-esteem, self confidence, inferiority complexes, and imposter syndrome as a result of this.

She collaborates with her clients to create a safe space where they can explore and rework their relationships with complex emotions such as shame, guilt, and loneliness at a comfortable pace.

Apart from this, she also sees clients who are grieving and/or have experienced physical/emotional/social/ sexual abuse and/or have depression/anxiety/ suicidal ideations.

Srinithi uses an eclectic approach to therapy. However, she tends to lean towards the humanistic-existential school of therapy as it values acceptance, empathy, and authenticity; all of which she strives to bring to the therapeutic space.

She enjoys helping clients reflect deeper with kindness and honesty on their journey towards healing and self-growth.
