Caring for someone on the autism spectrum is a journey filled with unique joys, challenges, and countless learning moments.
As a parent, sibling, teacher, or friend, the role of a caregiver is one that’s filled with love as well as exhaustion and frustration. You’re juggling between managing routines and behaviors and your own emotions and expectations from life.
MyndStories collaborates with Clinical Psychologist Taranpreet Kaur, from eMbrace, to bring you this session, where she explores practical tools to ease daily challenges, share emotional insights to help you feel seen and supported, and discuss strategies that empower both you and your loved one.
This session is the second in the special Neurodivergence Series that MyndStories is putting together with eMbrace.
