Have these questions ever bothered you? It has for us. We wonder about the purpose of our life every day. Not that there’s an easy answer, but guidance is always helpful.
In this MyndStories Space, our Editorial Reviewer, Ankita Magdani, who is a therapist and Career and Mindset Coach takes us through these four sessions to help us narrow down our purpose:
Self Awareness: Understanding emotional intelligence and becoming aware of yourself and emotions within (45min to 1 hour)
Values: Understanding our core values (45min to 1 hour)
Find Your Passion: Actual exercise-based session to see what motivates you (45min to 1 hour)
Goal-Setting: This is based on your values and purpose. (45min to 1 hour)
This is part of a 4-week module with sessions every week on the same day.
