Do you wish you were thinner?

Feel ashamed about weight gain and get worried about your size?

Body image struggles are deeply personal, but you don’t have to face them alone.

Body image is strongly tied to our emotions and self-worth. Many of us feel trapped in cycles of comparison, self-criticism, or shame, which can lead to anxiety, low self-esteem, and even disordered behaviors.

But here’s the good news: change is possible. With the right support and tools, it’s possible to break free from these patterns and foster a healthier relationship with your body and yourself.

MyndStories joined hands with Psychotherapist Rujuta Joshi to form this caring, non-judgemental space to help you understand the narrative of your body.
