Feeling lonely is more common than we might think, and it’s okay to seek support.
MyndStories, in collaboration with the 3AM Couch, invites you to an online group support session where you can connect with others who understand what you’re going through.
This session is designed to provide a welcoming space for adults and young adults who feel lonely. Through open discussions and interactive activities, we will explore strategies to cope with loneliness and dejection, promote self-discovery, and strengthen existing bonds.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen existing relationships or simply need a place to express yourself, this series is here to support you.
