When you set out as private therapists, you feel rather confident – you know the theories, techniques, and your relational presence.
However, one ingredient that binds together the entire recipe of a private practice is at times given less importance – your therapeutic frame. The policies, the fee, the communication, and ethics – the ties that bind the client to their therapist.
This support group is crafted to create a frame that mirrors who you are as a person. Therapists need
much more than therapeutic skills and training to build a sustainable and thriving therapy practice. To sustain long-term work, you need to be connected to your inner values.
Hence, with the core value of opening community spaces for the less welcomed, we invite you to this group to explore your authentic self, create a therapy frame that makes sense to you. If you are a new therapist figuring out your space in the system, this is just the session for you.
Join Kashika Sachdeva as she opens up the space for vulnerable expression. Explore your business persona and understand how to build a sustainable, authentic business with your allies.
